Live an exclusive experience practicing yoga in a neapolitan house by high-level professionals teachers who will make you spend 2 hours of relaxation.
After that we will drive you around the Posillipo hill wich is one of the most beautiful and prestigious areas of the city. The sumptuous and hidden villas, went down to the sea, the cliffs plunging into the water, the elegant buildings, the breathtaking views make it both a must tour for tourists, and a dream for the citizens.
Driving Posillipo st. from Mergellina, begin the curves and noble buildings, Palazzo Donna Anna, later the church of Santa Maria del Faro. Going up to the highest part of the hill, the view gets lost in a stunning landscape, now a residential area. From the sea you can see even better the wonders of this area: from Mergellina to Nisida, with two docks points (also accessible from the ground) Marechiaro and Gaiola. The cave of Seiano, recently opened to the public, connect Coroglio Bay to Trentaremi bay, two little gorgeous bays on posillipo coast. On this bay there are the remains of a great roman theater. At the very end of Posillipo coast is the Virgilian Park, renovated in 2002, offer tranquility, clean air, sport areas and terraces where you can enjoy the stunning view of the two main bays (Neaples and Pozzuoli) and Nisida island is just in front of you .The streets of the top of the hill (Manzoni st, Stazio st, Orazio st.) are definitely more residential and subways, but no less evocative and panoramic.

We finally understood why in Napoli pasta becomes another dish: we went to Gragnano, the world capital of maccaroni. Here it is a matter of lifestyle. In the ancient pasta factories, they have told us everything about the secrets of the dough and it seemed to eat a plate never tasted before.
